If you're looking for a proper sports massage, ask for Wave, a hidden gem in this shop! Knowing some might come for other purposes.. I came in after my ultra trail run, and Wave took the time to have a brief chat to understand my needs before we even started. What really stood out was his thorough assessment; he checked each muscle group for spasms and tender points before diving into the massage. That level of care made all the difference. Professional, targeted work that actually helped my recovery. If you're serious about post-race recovery or just want a massage that really works, Wave is your guy. Highly recommended!
